Apply for the 52nd Ateneo Junior Summer Seminar, and get ready for an unforgettable summer with us!

Now on its 52nd year, the Ateneo Junior Summer Seminar (AJSS) is a special program that gathers a select group of talented and vibrant Grade 11 students with the goal of introducing them to college campus life, particularly college-level courses, professors, facilities and activities in the summer before their 12th Grade. The seminar is offered free of charge to outstanding students from various private, public and parochial high schools in Metro Manila and in the provinces.

Who Can Apply

o   Those who are on the last year of senior high school can apply as a college freshman.

o   Those who already graduated from senior high school but must not have taken any units or have enrolled in any college or university.

o   Those who have taken units in college but have not finished any undergraduate degree can apply as transfer applicants.


Ways To Apply

o   Through the ACET: The Ateneo College Entrance Test (ACET) is the standardized exam that applicants to the Ateneo de Manila University are required to take

o   Through the SAT: Those studying outside the Philippines may replace the ACET with their SAT scores.

o   Through the IB: Those taking the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme may submit their IB scores in lieu of taking the ACET provided the following guidelines (this is also found in the starter kit) are met.


How To Apply

o   Download the application kit, fill out the application form and accomplish all requirements

o   Pay the non-refundable application fee. (See payment guidelines here.)

o   Submit all application requirements to the Office of Admission and Aid or to the nearest Provincial / International Testing Center.

o   Take the ACET and wait for the decision on your application.
